Vegetarian Healthy Snack Choice/素食健康零食選擇



This is known as Japanese Green Soya Beans known as "EDAMAME". Frozen packed. Can be purchased in SINGAPORE Fair Price, cost about $2.90 per pack. For other brand that may be direct import from Japan, price may be higher.

Eating Method 1:

Just rinse with tap water few times, allow the pea to defrost (it defrost just by rinsing a few times). Drain the water.

Serve by sprinkle salt on top. Simply just eat the beans only in the shell by biting the bean out.

Eating Method 2:

Boil with water in the pot for about 2 or 3 minutes. Drain and serve.

I prefer the method 1 to eat while the peas are still chilled.

這是日本枝豆 (EDAMAME)。冷凍包裝。可在新加坡FAIRPRICE超市購買(大概$2.90)。若國外日本進口的可能價格會比較高。

吃法1

沖水,解凍。(大概沖一下就可解凍)。濾乾水。撒鹽就可食。只吃裏頭的豆。吃時把豆從殼裏咬出來即可。

燒開水煮大概2到3分鐘。濾乾水。撒鹽就可食。吃時把豆從殼裏咬出來即可。

個人喜好吃法1。冷吃的方式。

素零食愉快!!~~~
