Vegetarian Ingredient (Please use ingredient with NO EGG) :
* Japanese Rice/Sushi Rice
* Salt to taste
For the filing:
*Vegetarian Olive Vegetables (see picture)
Other options: Vegetarian Preserved Bamboo Shoots
You may use your own favorite vegetarian ingredient (e.g vegetarian mocked ham) for the filing.
* Vegetarian Seaweed
Kitchenware:
*Triangle Rice Ball Cube Maker (Available in Japanese Daiso Stall)
Preparation:
* Cook the Japanese Rice. Cool it off after cooked.
* Mix the rice with some salt.
Tips:If you have time let it settle for about 30mins for the rice to marinate with salt.
* Prepare a bowl of clean water. Wet your hand with the water and put the rice into the rice ball cube maker (about half filing of the cube).
Tips: Always wet your hand with the water while taking the rice to avoid the rice sticking to your hand.
* Then put in the filing. Put the rice again on top of the filing. Then use the rice ball cube maker and press it. Then press the rice ball out. (There are instructions on the rice ball cube maker)
* Wrap it with seaweed while you are ready to eat (as seaweed will maintain its crispiness).
Seaweed becomes soggy fast if you wrap with it and put aside.
Ready to serve !
You may put wrap the rice ball with plastic and put it into the fridge.
素食材料 (請用[無蛋]的材料):
*珍珠米/日本壽司米
*適量鹽調味
*配料:純齋橄欖菜或純齋醃竹筍或任由自己喜歡的素食配料
*純齋紫菜片
用具:
三角形飯糰模型工具(日本DAISO有販賣)
準備方法:
煮飯。把煮好的飯放在一旁涼了后加點鹽調味。有時閒的話可以放一邊大概30分鐘讓飯入鹽味。
準備一碗乾淨的水。保持手濕的狀態拿起飯放進一半的飯糰模型裏。
再把配料放進裏頭。再放飯把配料蓋起來。再用模型按壓然後把飯糰推出來。

享用的時候可用紫菜包飯糰吃。這樣紫菜才能保持脆度。
