Vegetarian Ingredient:
(Please choose vegetarian ingredient with NO EGG)
* Yellow Noodle and thick rice vermicelli
* Chinese White cabbage (leafy type),wash and cut.
* Green Leafy Vegetable (Caixin), wash and cut.
* Red cut Chilli
* 1 Ginger Slice
* Vegetarian Tom Yam Paste (other replace options: soy sauce
and pepper for people who prefer not tom yam taste)

* Lemon juice
* Small Lime (as garnish and squeeze when ready to eat)
* Salt to taste
* Vegetarian mock fish cake (optional), slice.
* Vegetarian Mushroom Seasoning (as substitute for soup base to taste)
Preparation:
* Pour little oil onto wok
* Saute the ginger slice
* Put in noodle onto it and stir fry
* Put in white cabbage , cut chilli, cut mock fish cake, squeeze some lemon juice follow by tom yam paste, mushroom seasoning, little salt, add little water and stir fry.
* Put in green vegetable and fry again (green vegetable get cooked fast so last step of the frying)
Ready to serve !
Note: For non-tom yam flavor use the soy sauce and pepper instead and no need to put lemon juice. Can use some vegetarian chilli paste or vegetarian belachan chilli as garnish to taste.

* 素東炎醬料 (如不喜歡東炎醬口味可用醬油和胡椒粉代替)
* 淩懞汁
* 鹽
* 素魚片 (*沒有也可以按照個人喜好),切片
* 素香菇調味料(方便取代高湯)
* 酸酐 (當作配料吃的時候才放)
準備方法:
* 放油在鍋裏
* 爆香薑片
* 炒面和米粉
* 放白菜、辣椒片、素魚片、淩懞汁、東炎醬、香菇調味、鹽、加一點水繙炒。
* 放青菜再繙炒(因爲青菜快熟所以排在最後)
提議:如果炒醬油口味的可在吃的時候配上素辣椒醬。而且炒的時候不用放淩懞汁。
