Recipe for Vegetarian Fast Cook Pasta !食譜:素食義大利面




(1 serving) Preparation time: Will take you only about 15 mins for the lovely vegetarian dish !

Note: I am using limited choice of seasoning this time round, but to my surprise it taste good even with limited source of seasoning so I intend to share this recipe even before I gather “complete ingredient”. Will share with you again for “improved version of this recipe” once I gather more source of ingredient. But this recipe is actually good enough for some of you .. I guess!
Suggestion: For all vegetarian seasoning, ingredient best to purchase it from VEGETARIAN SUPERMARKET / MINIMART to ensure they are purely vegetarian ingredient. And it is also convenient to find and purchase all vegetarian ingredient from vegetarian mart.

Vegetarian Ingredient (Please use vegetarian ingredient with NO EGG) :

* Vegetarian Wheat Flat Noodle or select your favourite type of vegan pasta noodle ! (To my surprise this wheat noodle taste as good as compared to pasta noodle and it matches well with pasta sauce though it is not western noodle. And is fast cooking.

* 1 large tomato (or 3 small tomatoes) cut into cubes

* Mock Vegetarian Sausage (May use Fresh Cut Button Mushroom slices for Mushroom Pasta)

Vegetarian Seasoning:

* Vegetarian G Powder Seasoning or Vegetarian Mushroom Seasoning (1to 2 teaspoon)

* Vegetarian Tomato Sauce (Half Small Bowl)

I use tomato sauce this time as I am making only one serving. You can choose canned vegetarian tomato puree (as seen in picture) if you are making for more people.

* White Vinegar (about 2 tablespoon)

* Pinch of salt (optional- according to own taste)

* Little Italian herbs (Thyme Leaves-optional)

* Little black pepper to taste (optional)

* Nutritional Yeast-about 3 to 4 tablespoonto taste (~Great stuff for vegetarian! )


Preparation:

* Boil the noodle in pot of water for about 5 minutes. After cooked, drain the water and set aside on the serving plate.

* Cut the mocked sausage and saute with little olive oil till golden brown and place it with the noodle.

Pasta Sauce:

*Note: For Mushroom Flavour Pasta, just add the cut button mushroom and simmer along with the sauce making (no need to saute mushroom separately).

With low heat, on the wok, pour in little olive oil, add in cut tomatoes, add just little water (be careful not to add too much water as the sauce will become too bland), add tomato sauce (or tomato puree), vinegar. Add in Mushroom seasoning or G powder, add Thyme leaves, pinch of salt (optional according to own taste). When almost done, may add little black pepper, nutritional yeast to taste. Simmer and stir ocassionally with low heat for about 10 mins till the tomatoes are soft and blend softly with the sauce.

Pour the ready-made sauce onto the noodle with mocked sausage and blend it instantly.

There you are Ready to serve !

這一次我用的材料/調味料有限但意外的發現還蠻好吃的所有和大家分享。下一次等我有充分的食材時,再和大家分享“更新版的”食譜哦。。

素食食材料(請用無蛋的材料):

* 素小麥面或選擇你喜歡的素義大利面。這次意外的發現原來中華料理的面也可以搭義大利醬 。

* 番茄一大顆或3小顆 (切成快狀)

* 素香腸 (或可用新鮮蘑菇切片代替做蘑菇意大利面)

調味料:

* 素G調味粉或素香菇調味料(一到兩小茶匙)

*素番茄醬 (半小碗)(因爲只煮一人份我就用番茄醬,若煮給多人可用罐裝的Tomato Puree取代 )

* 白醋 (兩桌湯匙)

* 鹽 (一小滴,按照個人口味可免)

* 少許義大利香草(按照個人口味可免)

* 黑胡椒粉調味 (可免)

* 營養酵母 -大概三到四桌湯匙(~新材料,素食者豪介紹!)


準備方法:

 *煮一鍋開水 放入面。中火燙大概5分鐘。濾乾水分擺放在端盤

* 用少量橄欖油煎素香腸,煎到金黃色就可以了。和煮好的面擺在一起。

醬料:

(*如果是煮蘑菇口味的,把蘑菇直接倒入醬汁裏一起煮即可,不用另外煎)

小火放入少量橄欖油再把切好的番茄,加少量水(記得不要加太多水要不然 醬 汁會變很淡),加番茄醬、加醋、加香菇調味料再加義大利香草、一小滴鹽(按照個人口味可免),要大概好之前可加黑胡椒粉、 營養酵母煮大概10分鐘,偶爾攪拌讓番茄融化在漿汁裏。

把做好的醬料倒入擺放好的面和素香腸混合攪拌均勻就可以上桌了!
