Converting to Vegetarian is simple ! 轉換為素食是很簡單的!


Actually it is simple to be vegetarian. Just need to remove the meat which we are used to. And also to remove the five forbidden pungent roots (onion, garlic, chives, shallot, leeks etc), change to vegetarian seasoning, then we are able to change our every dish to become vegetarian dish. Eventually without fail, we will be able to make it for vegetarian diet. Let us let vegetarian diet become part of daily life and forget about the habit of eating meat. In this way the world will fill with lots of love and peace. Sharing recipe that are simple to cook by maintaining its tastiness. Mix taste of sour, sweet, bitter, spicy, salty.(~.~). Hope the recipes will be able to inspire, encourage, boost confidence in everyone to go into vegetarian diet.


其實吃素是可以很簡單的。只要把往昔我們吃肉的習慣去掉肉即可,還有把五辛《蔥、蒜、韭菜、薤、興渠(洋蔥)等等》去掉, 調味料改用素的,便可把每一樣我們平時吃的菜肴變成素的。這樣以來吃素不再是“遙不可及”的難事了。把吃素融入在我們日常的生活的飲食裏。忘掉吃肉的習性。這樣世界會越來越充滿愛和祥和的。介紹簡單食譜,即簡單又美味。綜合酸甜苦辣咸哦(~U~)。希望能夠帶給大家或啓發大家對吃素的信心和憧憬。
